organisations, schools and communities.
The Verdancy Group wanted to track ongoing conversations with customers
and drive enquiries through the website to tailored landing pages to showcase their different offerings.
Hyphen implemented a CRM solution that allowed automated contact importing/updating through an external email client, pipeline reporting, and the ability to track which pages users had visited on their website. The CRM also allows customers to book Zoom meetings directly with the team through a landing page.
Moving forward, Hyphen is working with this client to develop their email marketing strategy and advising how to make the most out of their captured data.
