They were also looking to move from their accountancy system, to something a bit more modern that had the option to integrate with other tools.
We knew that cloud software would be the way to go and suggested a company wide implementation of Hubspot. A simultaneously implementation of Xero for the accountancy platform was recommended to benefit the accounting platform.
Utilising the Outlook email extension tool, Hubspot enabled agent to store all client communication against a centralised record and allowed users from different departments to be kept up-to-date with project deadlines and expectations. A bonus of the implementation allowed the Senior Leadership Team to have more in-depth reporting at their fingertips, including pipeline and user activity reporting.
